Q. Why is such a horrific attack and murder, of a young woman and her unborn baby, receiving very little press coverage outside of Northern Ireland?

Well I have to say I’m absolutely mortified that dad could barely identify his daughter due to the wounds… why in the world would they traumatize him like that? Now there’s a whole bunch of ways to identify, that should now be last on the list.
Heartbroken for her family- I hope they catch the killer and fast!
Hopefully that distinctive gait caught on camera is all they need for someone to come forward with any ideas who this may be.

Same person had also reported the murder and was arrested at the scene (?) back in December.

On social media today someone was talking a little too much on this case before it got swiped but from what they said / posted a lot of dots do join up so to speak. Let's hope a charge is made soon. MOO.

If arrested a second time, the police must be fairly certain he’s responsible and will charge him shortly, IMO

I too am absolutely shocked that they had the father identify her in that manner- we have so many more options today. Already hurting and terrorized, he now has those images for the rest of his life. She must have been beaten horribly. MOO

Clearly intend on murder that evening, you have to wonder was McCullagh the father of the baby and could not deal with that. Or was he enraged that Natalie was pregnant?

Natalie obviously knew him quite well.

We'd a shocking (double) murder before Christmas here in NI of a 15 week pregnant woman, Nataile McNally. It was the Sunday evening after the World Cup final ...

Turns out the guy who discovered her and raised the alarm the next day was indeed responsible. His orginal alibi (the police initially ruled him out) was as he was hosting his you tube channel at the time of the murder. This was found to have been pre-recorded!

He also 'lost' his phone in her parents house to record their conversations. Quite a guy!
