Judge Vanderpool has the presentencing reports, WHICH I WOULD LOVE to see...What is on the table? At this moment, whether or not he receives 3.75 years-no word yet from the feds on whether or not they will go for the federal charges as well on Wednesday...shhhhh...It was decided last week, but right now no one knows but the attorneys wearing the white hats.

Oh, and Deb+Brian will be attending...and Mike received special permission to attend as well. This will most likely not be a friendly reunion, so pray for cool heads to prevail when they are all in the same place.

Mike claims he will not be attending. I am hoping the morning brings a change of heart.

A small prayer that justice continues to move forward for Tawni Lee...

What kind of federal charges can they bring against him?

Human trafficking. I have been told, not by an official agency however, that this is not Mr. Walker's first time at this game.

He has a warrant in Illinois for trafficking a child that he will be facing after AZ. Beyond that, I have been told that he did a number on that child in terms of beating her.

He is a peach.

I am sharing this knowing that it is for discussion on this private forum and no one will tip off his attorney of course. Pinkie swear, right?

Wow.. that just makes me sick.

Uuughhh.. it sucks that it's been so long and not a lot can be proved, but hopefully they can use Walker's history to sway the judge to believe Tawni endured the worst in that car that day so his ass is locked away for good. Not that I want to believe myself that Tawni suffered, I'd actually like to hope that she wasn't tortured in any way but with Walker's past and the circumstances of Tawni's death, it seems very likely. What a cold son of a B****. THIRTEEN? That MFer.

Excuse my language.

Makes me sick too. Do we know if WW has ever done any time?

OK-here is the scoop...

The sentencing will now take place on 11/18-in play are whether or not this is a simple probation violation and whether or not there are aggravating factors.

Of course, there are aggravating factors.

On the brighter side, the letters received by the judge were so impactful, the defense filed a motion to have them struck today.

Amazing.....

I guess this is good news. If the judge saw this as simple probation violation, I assume she would have ruled today. Were the letters struck?

thoughts?

Everything will be ruled on Tuesday, including the letters which were already admitted. One would think the defense would just ignore them....now the Surpeme Court just ruled on a similar issue, which means the family letters will most likely stay because they are protected. So guess which ones the defense is trying to have struck? Grin.

I am told that Deb O'Sullivan's victims impact statement moved many to tears, so I am so pleased to hear she "hit one out of the park" for Tawni today.

Jeeeeeeeeeeez! I hope they use this extra week to find more dirt on this dirtbag! What a friggin 🤬🤬🤬! If Deb's impact statement carries any real weight, I applaud her. Better late than never I suppose.
