Family of missing Henderson woman continue search

A 26-year old mother of four from Henderson has been missing for six days. Her family has been on an all out search. The woman's mother and father making an emotional plea for her return.

"I don't think there are words to describe what I am going through," Lisa Coleman, the mother of the missing woman said. "The hardest part is every morning when I wake up."

Lisa Coleman tells us the past six days have been hell. Coleman says the last time she heard from her daughter, 26-year old Alexandra Tercero, was Thursday night, when she was out with friends.

"The following morning when I woke up her sister said she did not come home," said Coleman.

Ever since, Coleman says there has been no sign of the mother of four young children. Alexandra's father, Chris Coleman, says this is unlike his daughter to go missing.

Holy cow, since she had 4 kids at 26 I’m hoping she’s just taking a self-care break and will get in touch soon. That’s a lot on your proverbial plate..

Strange that her mother even commented on a couple of the posts. So, what is going on here?
Her sister has an explanation for that... she’s getting a lot of heat on her FB. I don’t know what to think, this is weird.

I didn't see any explanation. Just a couple people with the same questions we do here.

She thinks her sister has been kidnapped and someone else has access to her phone, and so she is replying to find out more. All very strange.

Mother of 4 missing from Henderson

[...]

FOX5 sat down with Tercero's mother, [LC], who said her daughter went out Dec. 12 on the Strip with two men she met earlier that week. Tercero contacted her mom and sister the following night -- saying she was getting ready to come home -- but she never did.

[LC] said a few hours later Tercero was sending messages to her friends asking for help.

"She didn't feel safe. She felt like she was slipped something in her drink. She was scared."

Is this just a poorly written news story, or is something really off? If she can send messages to friends and talk to her Mom, why not call 911?
Weird story, and who in this day and age, goes out with two guys you only just met a few days ago?

Definitely not going out with two strangers alone... that is for sure! Bringing friends with!

Henderson mother of four reported missing

Interview with her mom (link). Sounds like she’s been pleading for help for days; why aren’t police taking this seriously? Mom says she went off with 2 guys she had just met earlier that week. She started sending messages that she felt unsafe, needed a ride, thought the guys drugged her drink. Then there was a ransom request that mom paid. Weird activity on her Facebook account, a man answered Alex’s phone and said she would be home in an hour. Police pinged phone to a hotel, but then no more updates....

Definitely, I knew my husband online for two years before I agreed to meet for coffee (and that was with knowing his Dad professionally, so I knew he wasn't an axe murderer or anything :-) "Stranger Danger" isn't just for your kids and grandkids.

This is a really weird story. I’m glad she’s home but there’s got to be an interesting tale in what all transpired here!

I doubt we will get the real story. The fact that she could send all kinds of texts to friends and Mom but couldn't text the police is concerning.

Maybe there were drugs involved so she didn't want to contact police ... jmo.
