29-year-old woman with mentality of a child missing from North Las Vegas

"North Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) - A 29-year-old female is missing in North Las Vegas.

According to the North Las Vegas Police Department, Eliseth Villalobos left her home in the 4400 block of East Azure Avenue on Dec. 6.

The woman's family says she has the mentality of a child after suffering a traumatic brain injury."

Police said the Villalobos that she may not know her name or where she lives.

Villalobos was described as Hispanic, 5’4” tall and 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a 2-inch scar on her chin and a tracheotomy scar on her throat.

Police said Villalobos may be driving a red 1995 Toyota Tacoma, bearing Nevada license plate 868-APY.

She has the mentality of a child, may not know her name or where she lives but she drives? Scary...I hope she is found soon. There are so many people out there that will take advantage of someone who lacks the ability to recognize a predator.

Wonder if she is driving again this time. They are not mentioning anything about a car. I was shocked to see that she is able to drive. The way they make it sound that she cannot even care for herself or know her own name, but can drive?
