The decedent was identified by fingerprints in 2021 by the FBI to a 9th US Civil Service District. The decedent was applying for a janitor position with Federal Security Agency, USPHS, US Marine Hospital, Kirkwood, MO. The decedent had listed his address as 2233 Walnut, St. Louis, MO on 03/01/1943. The decedent listed past addresses as 709 N. Ewing, St. Louis, MO in 1941 and 2816 Lucas Avenue, St. Louis, MO in 1938. He stated that he was fingerprinted before at CC Camp Marion Hospital in 1937. Another registration card from when he lived at 709 N. Ewing Street, St. Louis, MO, listed his birthplace as East Carondelet, Illinois. His "Person who will always know your address" was listed as Sarah Smith at 4244 Enright, St. Louis, MO. He was employed at Welding Training School, 6701 Manchester, St. Louis, MO.


Ancestry records suggest that he was actually around 82~ years old. Sarah Smith was his mother.
