Identified! NV - Las Vegas, LIVING male in custody, Jan'16 - Kahleal Black

Briefly: Police in Las Vegas NV have arrested a man who was (allegedly) waving a handgun at passers-by on the Las Vegas Strip near the Bellagio Hotel and Casino fountains. LE has been unable to determine the man's identity and are asking the public for help in identifying him. His mug shot and article are at the following link:

He has been identified as Kahleal Black, age 20.

" Black is being held without bail at the Clark County Detention Center. His first scheduled court appearance is planned for 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. Records show Black was living in Las Vegas at the time of his arrest, but efforts to reach out to his family were not successful Monday."
