Circumstances of Disappearance:
Turner was last seen in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 2, 1999. He dropped some tools off at his brother's house and stated he was going to Death Valley, California to meet some people. He said he had a job in San Francisco, California and would return to retrieve his tools for the job. He never came back to get the tools and hasn't been heard from again.

Turner didn't have a vehicle registered to him or available to him at the time of his disappearance. His brother reported him missing on April 13, 2000. Few details are available regarding his case and his whereabouts remain unknown.
