HELP US LOCATE A MISSING PERSON

Stephen was last seen at the Grand Sierra Resort, located at 2500 E 2nd St at 9 pm on July 22nd, exiting the hotel elevators. Stephen, who suffers from diminished mental capacity, is visiting the Reno area and is not familiar with his surroundings.

He is 6'0, 140lbs with brown hair, blue eyes and a scar over his right eyebrow. Stephen is wearing a light grey short sleeve t-shirt with "Reno” on the front, blue jeans and green Nike tennis shoes. He is wearing the same clothing as in the photo provided.

Stephen may still be in the area of the Grand Sierra Resort or the Reno /Tahoe Airport.

Thank you to everyone who was keeping an eye out for Stephen. A citizen spotted him earlier today in downtown Reno and he was reunited with his family.
