A 15-year-old high schooler is clinging to life after more than a dozen baby-faced muggers beat him up, stabbed him and stole his $340 sneakers in broad daylight Wednesday, cops and sources said.

A group of 13 people surrounded the victim and started arguing with him, according to authorities. Police said that’s when the group kicked and punched the boy before stabbing him with a knife.

sounds to me as if robbery was not the motive. JMO

I think the attackers (at least some of them) are fellow students and this started as a fight where one student and friends jumped this kid after school dismissed due to some sort of beef. It then turned into a robbery.

I hope the victim recovers and was able to identify at least some of the other boys. This is so tragic.
