"The dog is now in a foster home, showing no signs of aggression." (As of Aug 2009)

I'm glad since I think the dog either did nothing or was pushed into something it didn't even understand. There's another little blurb that the mother was arrested in Oct 2008 for child endangerment (pit bull story happened in 2007).
