bad owners make for bad dogs. I wouldn't want to live next door to it either and I am a pitbull owner. This situation is unsafe. Dog is not restrained, no fence, has been an issue in the past. No brainer this dog needs removed from owner.

“I want the dog to be removed from the home because we’re afraid to go outside of our house because the dog is still unrestrained and it can escape and attack someone else,” Daniella’s mother, Teresa Schlauch said.
