The article linked below says a judge could decide today whether to release the documents in Giuffre vs. Maxwell. Does anyone know what happened or when the decision will be made? I haven't been able to find anything but I haven't had much time to look.

The board of Victoria's Secret owner L Brands has directed the company to hire outside counsel to investigate the role Jeffrey Epstein played at the retailer.

Although Mr. Epstein was Mr. Wexner’s personal money manager, “we do not believe he was ever employed by nor served as an authorized representative of the company,” an L Brands spokeswoman said. “Mr. Epstein’s crimes are abhorrent, and we applaud every effort to bring justice to those harmed.”

Dang, can't read it. sds71 are you able to highlight? All I can read is:

All I can see when I google is a snippet from Bloomberg Law that the judge postponed a hearing on the documents that was scheduled for Thursday. I can’t get the link to open. If I ever do, I’ll post it.

You da best ITD. I'm following the case, but I can't bring myself to read many of the articles on this thread--the headlines and snippets are enough to turn my stomach. I follow very few SA and murder cases on children/minors.

I skimmed the article quickly. Basically it’s saying that Clinton and Epstein knew each other early in Clinton’s first term, and that he had been to the White House and had connections on the staff. Epstein made a $10K contribution for the Oval Office renovation. Stuff like that showing that he and Clinton had a relationship before Clinton left office. Previously, it’s been said that their relationship was after 2000.

The jail should have CCTV video, right? Injuries weren't serious, sounds like trying to get a transfer. JMO

It definitely makes one wonder.
However, at this juncture, my gut is going with "ploy to get a transfer."
My gut reserves the right to change its mind upon receipt of additional information.

I would guess that there is some kind of plot to get transferred. Epstein is manipulative and might have even persuaded Tartaglione to injure him just enough to get a transfer. I’m not sure what’s in it for Tartaglione if that’s the case.

Epstein is going for the transfer. He should have thought about what jail was like before he molested, abused, groomed and ruined the lives of his survivors-- they live in much more hell than he does right now. I can't imagine a former cop trying to harm him.

That was my first thought too - that he got the other guy to injure him.

The hearing was postponed because Maxwell and Doe appealed to keep the names sealed an that case hasn’t been heard yet

Thank you. I know they appealed but I thought the appeal was supposed to be decided today.

I am not sure what case that hasn't been heard yet you are referring to?

Edited: I am usually pretty good at doing my own research but I am having the darndest time trying to find the information I'm looking for.

Somehow the thought of Jeffrey Epstein having to cope with rodents and bad food doesn't bother me, although my usual viewpoint is that even prisoners accused of heinous crimes are entitled to humane, sanitary, and safe conditions.

Giuffre v. Maxwell was supposed to be today but Maxwell and Doe appealed to the 2nd circuit and that hasn’t been heard yet. I think that will be heard next week but I’m not sure
