I don't think this UI case has been posted yet but feel free to remove if it has.
He was found in a hotel room in NY pretty decomposed. NAMUS gives possible names for him: Angelino Rodriguez and Malcom Mosley. He had braided black hair and brown eyes, several tattoos including a skull smoking, birds flying with a large feather, bird and feather, "Music is Life" and another one. He was 5' 9" and 136 lbs.
