I'm shocked to see Francia Altagracia Pena (31) isn't listed as an exclusion. She went missing from NY, NY just 17 mos. before JD was discovered. Not only do her physical stats pretty much match, she bears a strong resemblance to JD, imo. There's no mention of a tattoo or scars on her NamUs profile, though.
