The vitals aren't exact, but they frequently aren't. The resemblance is very solid.

the facial resemblance is good but the MP is said to have had scars on her right ankle and right fingers and none are noted with the UID. a 50 lb weight difference (in this case 50% more than the MP) is a bit much but then again the one facial pic of Sherline looks like she had a few extra pounds. no reason not to submit in my opinion.

Sherline was involved with drugs and "disappeared" a year earlier. I think she could easily have moved up to NY to become a drug mule.

True, there could be physical sign. But it could also just be LE sources that ID her as a likely mule without knowing/providing her name.

Mules can be killed by an OD without still having the packages inside them. In the process of excreting packages, even a minute perforation can leak enough product in the intestines or bowel to kill.
