Sounds like this Doe has a tattoo of a kanji character on one shoulder and one of a 'monochrome character' whatever that is, on the other. They don't have a picture of them, but it's important to know if any missing come up that could be matched with her. I suspect the monochrome character is a figure or portrait of a person in grey scale.
