Circumstances of Recovery: Unknown male found in plastic garbage bags in a field about 100 feet north of the westbound Belt Parkway, and approximately 1000 feet east of the Pennsylvania Avenue Exit.

That's a pretty significant age range - I'm guessing that is due to the gunshot wound to the head?

I wonder about Stevey Sommerville. He went missing September 6, 1990, just a couple of weeks shy of his 15th birthday. Namus has his last known location as Jamaica (Queens), NY; charleyproject has Brooklyn. The John Doe was located in Brooklyn. It appears to me that Stevey's last known location would have been within 10 miles in either case, and all stats (with the exception of age) would align. Given vast age difference on the Doe on the young end of 20 (which I'm guessing is based on the gunshot wound to the victim's head), this may be possible.
