His NamUs page has been removed. I think he is now listed in the Unclaimed DB as #UCP93120 (added today). The name is Lazaro J Perez and not Julio Martinez, but the little information provided fits UP74347.

I've only recently noticed that in the Contact section of an UCP NamUs profile, under Case Owner there is an agency case number listed. For cases that were previously listed as UIDs the ACN is the same as the ME/C Case Number.
I checked my UIDs file and K20-58385 was the ME/C case number for UP74347, which is the same as the ACN for Lazaro J Perez (UCP93120) so it looks like it is indeed him.
