New York State Police at Sidney are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 23-year-old man from the town of Sidney. Troopers say Cody L. Conkling left his residence on Parker Hollow Road on foot Sunday at approximately 4p.m. It’s possible that Conkling was picked up by a vehicle. He was last seen wearing a gray flannel shirt, blue jeans, work boots and brown baseball cap. Conkling is approximately 6’1, 190 pounds, with a bushy beard, brown hair and blue eyes.
