Diana R. Chase, 74, was last seen Sunday around 1:30 p.m. in the area of Blockville Watts Flats Road. She reportedly suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease and may be in need of medical attention.
Chase is believed to have walked away from her home sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. She is 5 foot, 2 inches tall weighing about 160 pounds.
At the time she disappeared, police said she was wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black slip on shoes.
