I seem to recall that there was a photo but maybe I am remembering this wrong. Hopefully we get one soon.

He was a medical doctor and there's no photo of him?? Not even an ID photo? I supposed he might have a yearbook photo somewhere, has anyone checked ancestry or one of those yearbook archival sites? Seeing that his first name was "Robert" It's most likely he was born in the United States. Also, 25 is rather young for a doctor, I'd though people be studying 8 years to become one, what branch of medicine was he involved in?

25 isn't too young, especially back then when it was normal for people to go from high school to college to med school. Med school is 4 years. So you graduate high school at 17/18, graduate college at 21/22, then go to med school for 4 years. You become a doctor. You need to go do residency before you can be fully licensed, but you are a doctor as soon as you graduate medical school and you are required to get a training license to start residency.

Unless he skipped grades, this young man must have been in residency.
