Also there is this woman found in 1989 her stats seem to fit and she sort of looks like Francia. Francia went missing from zip code 10040 this woman was found on 180 street. Also mentions this woman had pierced ears and Francia does not say anything but in her photo looks like she is wearing earrings.

Unknown female found unresponsive in stairwell between the 3rd and 4th floor at 541 West 180th Street.
She had been seen in the building the night before by the superintendent and NYPD officers, apparently intoxicated.
