Circumstances of Disappearance:
Rivera went missing from Deer Park, New York on March 27, 1988. He was employed at Vinyl Masters Factory on Bayshore Road and was last seen at approximately 4:00 a.m. while working third shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 am).

Rivera never returned to the factory after that morning, nor did he return to his residence on Wadsworth Avenue in the New York City borough of Manhattan. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available regarding Rivera's disappearance and his whereabouts remain unknown.
