Scar/mark: Frank had an approximately 3" long scar on his chest near his left nipple
Circumstances of Disappearance: Frank was last seen by the manager of the Hiawatha Inn at 1750 Buffalo Ave on 8-21-03 at 1330 hrs, and it is believed that he jumped over Niagara Falls. NYS Parks Police located identification belonging to Frank along with some clothing by the falls, and three witnesses saw a person going into the water at that time. Frank has since been declared legally deceased, but his body was never recovered.
