A crazed Bronx man is suspected of viciously gunning down his wife and stepson yesterday only hours after reconciling with them and moving back into their apartment, police and friends said.
Gessel Cowan, 47, was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds to the face, torso, neck and groin after her neighbors heard a violent argument about 4:30 a.m., police said. A .25-caliber gun had been placed on her chest.
Her son, 31-year-old Garrett Cowan, the father of a 5-year-old blind girl, was lying dead in his bedroom, riddled with bullets.
