The Rome Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Harlow C. Snogles, a missing 14- year-old white female.
Snogles is approximately 5”5 - 5’7’ tall and approximately 125 lbs. She has black hair and blue eyes.
Snogles was last seen by her father on the evening of October 11th. She is believed to be staying with friends in the Utica / Rome area.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact Rome Police Department dispatch at (315)337-3311.

It has been over one month since 14-year-old Harlow Snogles went missing. She was last seen at her home in Rome, New York, on Oct. 12, 2025.
According to Harlow’s father, Adam, nothing was out of the ordinary the night she disappeared. Adam shared that Harlow went to bed as usual, but when he woke up the next morning, he realized his daughter was gone.
Adam is deeply concerned for Harlow’s safety and urges the public to come forward with any information regarding her whereabouts.

The Rome Police Department is seeking the public's helping finding a miss teenager.
Are Harlow's friends older than her? Do they have their own place? Harlow has been missing for over a month already and I really hope that she's safe.
