I was mostly wondering if this is still a cold case because I can not find where they caught the killer. He is the father of Barry K. Schwartz who is a Co-Founder and best friend to the Calvin Klein.
"The police said that the murderer then apparently confronted Mr. Schwartz and ordered him to walk toward the rear of the store. Mr. Schwartz apparently refused, and there was a struggle—indicated by dozens of cans strewn on the floor.
Mr. Schwartz was stabbed once, and an artery was severed. He left a trail of blood 30 feet long as he was taken into the walk‐in refrigerator in the rear of the store. The murderer locked the refrigerator and jammed a knife‐sharpener into the refrigerator door, to prevent the victim fom escaping."
