Turns out the body was not dismembered. It was just so badly decomposed that it appeared that way. The boyfriend is only being charge on concealment at this time. And, the arrest of the boyfriend didn't go that well. He resisted, head butted the cop and tried to grab the officer's gun. Charges on that as well. Victim = Darrell Montgomery, 35.
