NY NY - James Moschinger, 34, Syracuse, 15 April 2021

James is a missing 34-year-old that has been missing from Syracuse, N.Y. Since 05/15/2021. James left his apartment abandoned and left with nothing other than the clothes on his back. Family says James struggles with ADHD, Bi-Polar Disorder and Schizophrenia but has chosen to self-medicate in the past instead of medically. James has always contacted his Aunt at least every other night and has failed to do so since 05/15/2021. Family says there’s nothing that makes them think James would willingly disappear.

He has tattoos 2 lower arm tattoos that include Chinese symbols and the name “MaryAnn” and 2 upper arm tattoos that include the names “Sharon” and “Daniel”. James stands 5ft. 8in. Tall weighing around 170 lbs. Light brown hair and blue eyes.

That is not an option. It doesn’t allow you to pull his case up once they restrict it. The only reason I can see it was approved is because I personally submitted him.
