BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – The New York City Police Department is looking for a 12-year-old girl who went missing Monday.

Janyelis Conde was last seen leaving her residence in the Bronx at around 1 p.m., officials said.

Her mother reportedly told officers that her daughter left the residence and never returned, sources said.

Janyelis has a light complexion, slim build, and she is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants, and blue Nike sneakers.
