Jimmy Crisantos, 27, Shatavia Crisantos, 26, and Giovanni Tambino, Shatavia’s 9-year-old son from a previous relationship, were found shot dead in their home at 1751 Route 300 at 8 a.m. Sunday.

A 3-year-old was also found at the home with multiple gunshot wounds and is in critical but stable condition.

Monday, Newburgh police said they had arrested Kaliek Goode-Ford, 30, and charged him with murder, attempted murder, weapons possession and more

Opening statements began today in the trial of Kaliek Goode-Ford, who is accused of killing three members of the same family in Orange County.
Goode-Ford is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of a couple and their 9-year-old son in 2020.

He is also charged with attempted murder for allegedly shooting the family's 3-year-old son, who survived the attack.
Another son escaped without injuries.

Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler announced that 35-year-old Kaliek Goode-Ford of Newburgh, was found guilty of all charges against him

Charges include:

• Three counts of Murder in the First Degree
• Attempted Murder in the First Degree Attempted Murder in the Second Degree
• Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree
• Tampering with Physical Evidence
