Maybe that's what happened to him... little information about him... cases like this are lost in oblivion...

His name is misspelled in the title, is there any way to correct that?

One note is that NamUs lists his "date of last seen" as March 15, 1991 but his Charley Project Page lists March 23rd, 1991. Doe Network lists March, 15.

A second and interesting note that the Doe Network page is the only place I have read that lists "depression" is the condition he has. Where did they get this information? I am still searching newspapers.com but nothing has come up yet. Also if it is depression, my first thought is that he might have been deceased years before the above Doe was found.

I think I am going to submit the Unidentified Doe above, even if it's to rule him out. My only hesitation to the Doe above being John is that I have spoken to detectives/investigators before and they are adament that if both sets of DNA are in CODEIS, then it's been run before, many times. Perhaps the DNA they have is incomplete? Maybe this Doe would be a good case for Othram?

I do happen to have connections in the military that might be able to point me in some kind of direction. He wouldn't be in any current database but there would be records of his enlistment. Was he actively enlisted? Honorably or Dishonorably discharged? Perhaps a good look at Ancestry is needed.
