His daughter seems to have been looking for him; she placed a personal ad to that effect in the Boston Globe in 2005. In it, she refers to him as Jack and references Potsdam, NY. There is also a message on an online board looking for him that states his last known residence was Albion, NY (not clear if this is the one in Oswego County or Orleans County--both are in upstate NY on Lake Ontario), DOB 7/10/37, son of George and Sally Jane. Finally, there is an archived site that appears to have two tiny thumbnail photos of him. Both depict him with shorter hair than the mugshots, which allows you to see that he has incredibly distinctive ears, large and sticking out. These are a great identifying mark, in addition to his tattoos. One photo does show him in dark-framed glasses.

How about Salisbury Maryland John Doe from September 1972?
Heights and weights are a little off but the other descriptors seem ok. There is no mention of the tattoo on the JD but with being hit by a train.......if it was small maybe it got ripped up.

There are 2 unidentified men that I found which you posted above. Iam not really sure which report you are referring to.

On June 22, 2022, I submitted the following cases to NameUs.

Unfortunately, all my cases where there's an unidentified body in the hands of the Office of Chief Medical Examiner New York City go without formal exclusions. I'm beginning to suspect that they don't want to exhume bodies (time, resources, money), but this is purely an emotional suspicion.

If John Kimball Corbett is the unidentified, the unidentified's hair must be overlapping the forehead in the area above the "1" arrow to match John.
