It was reported to police that Jose Felix, 73, was last seen on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2023, at approximately 7:30 p.m. at 431 Beach 20 Street. The missing is described as approximately 5’8″ tall and 110 pounds with a light complexion and white hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white shoes.
