Katie Mae Pletl, 23, was last seen at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday leaving Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. She was last seen wearing a black-and-white T-shirt the read "Pink" and black pants. She has a tattoo that reads "CP" on the front of her right shoulder. She also has a nose piercing.

Pletl has a history of drug abuse and, if located, her welfare should be checked.
