1-year-old Kaylee Williams, was taken from her home near 182nd Street and Third Avenue in the Belmont section shortly before 10 a.m.

A surveillance image shows a man carrying the child under his arm to a vehicle.

The girl's mom said the the toddler suffers from seizures.

Police said they’re looking for 33-year-old Kenneth Williams. He was last seen in a dark blue Ford Econoline van with tinted windows. The vehicle did not have license plates, police said.

Her mother, AM, said the father came to their apartment this morning [Jan 18] and, while her back was turned, snatched their daughter and ran off.

"He dropped off gifts to her, and he came and he just grabbed her and he ran with her and took her. He put her in his coat and ran in the car," Montenez said exclusively to NBC New York.

He was last seen wearing a striped multi-colored coat with brown slacks.
