According to detectives, Leo Frazier, 89, was last seen on Frazier Street in Hempstead. He is described as a male black, 5’7” tall, 145 pounds, brown eyes, with brown and gray hair. Leo was last seen driving a tan, 2012 Nissan Altima, bearing NY Registration# CZD4820.

When he was last seen, Frazier was wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
