Lilith West was last seen Wednesday at approximately 5:45 p.m. outside H.W. Smith School at 1130 Salt Spring Roads Road in Syracuse, police said on Facebook.
West is from Oswego County but has lived in Syracuses Elmcrest Childrens Center since March, according to Wests mother Natasha Newton, of Oswego.
If you see her, please call police, said Newton, whos been reaching out to friends, family and police and posting on social media that her daughter was missing the last few days. Im so worried.
Newton said she usually talks on the phone with West two or three times a day, but hasnt been able to make contact since earlier in the week. Other family members have reached out to West throughout the week without success.
West is between 4 feet 9 inches and 4 feet 11 inches tall and 130 pounds, and short blonde hair, according to Newton and police.
