I would imagine she's unclaimed not unidentified, though NYC seems to put them under UID if they can't find a next of kin.
There's a book called Working Stiff about a coroner in NYC and she said even in a situation where the person died in certain circumstances, even if you know 100% who the person is you have to declare them as a John or Jane Doe until it's officially confirmed it's them

I think its likely she’ll be added to claimus soon as I’ve noticed that a lot of the New York unidentified cases get moved to claimus once identified.

Is it just me or does 62 lbs seem very light for someone who is 4’11”? Although if she was very elderly like is suggested here, I can kind of see it? I do find it interesting every NY UID case seems to have tentative names, with one of them always seeming to match up.

It's a dangerously low weight but I'm hesitant to believe that she truly weighed that little in life.

It must be postmortem weight changes. I weighed that much at age 10, and I was still underweight at 4’4”.

However; perhaps she weighed close to it, 65-75 lbs; when my great grandmother died in 2011 (in her early to mid eighties) she was ~4’9” and 70 lbs, but she passed away of cancer. The cancer is likely what played a role in my great grandmother’s weight, of course it would be different for the UID; perhaps her death was just of old age (if she is JH from the records she would be 92), and yes, by that point you are about 15-20 years past life expectancy, so plenty of issues would arise; I have seen other elderly UIDs who seemed very light for their heights; a hospitalized John Doe also in NY who was 5’5” and 84 lbs, and there was a Jane Doe “Doris McFadden” but her NamUs was removed; she was 5’2” and 75 lbs; and there’s a living Jane Doe from Houston who is 5’2” and 82 lbs. it could definitely be possible.
