On May 25, 2023, a man was found unresponsive at 116th Lexington Train Station. He was later pronounced deceased.

The decedent is described as a Hispanic male in his late forties or early fifties. He had black hair and brown eyes.

The decedent had a scar under his chin and a mustache and goatee. He was 5’5” (165 cm) and weighed 192 pounds (87 kg).

The tentative name of Alberto Juarez was given but this name has not been confirmed and next of kin has not been located or notified of the decedent.
