This is sooo sad. She was thrown away like she was a piece of trash. Does anyone know if this little girl's DNA is in CODIS???? They should have been able to take her DNA at least off of her blanket.

The number of ready-to-parent people waiting to adopt a baby
the number of tiny young humans listed here

why oh why can't we manage to coordinate more adoptions????

RIP, itty bitty pretty one!

Her Doe Network page says "DNA sample is available - not yet submitted". 1112UFNY

As she was only 6lb I'm led to think that she was closer to newborn than the upper estimate of 1 year.

Interesting and it's been 21 years. Idk why they have taken up 21 years to to not submit her DNA!!. If this little baby girl were alive, she would be a grown young woman now!!! 21 y. o.
