A jealous unemployed Bronx man stabbed his sleeping girlfriend with an ice pick after a vicious argument, then left her to die beside their sleeping 10-year-old daughter before fleeing into the night, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.
Cops who rushed to the fourth-floor apartment at 1451 Taylor Ave. in the Soundview section of The Bronx at about 1:20 a.m. found Mariana Perez, 41, dead from stab wounds to the torso.
The ice pick was recovered near Perez's body.
