Recovered/Located NY - Mike VanLare, 40, Rochester, 19 Aug 2018 *endangered*

Mike VanLare, 40, who lives in the Blossom Road area, was last seen by his parents around 6:30 p.m. Sunday when they dropped him off at his apartment. He hasn't shown up for work this week, his parents said, and most of his personal belongings, including his wallet, hearing aids, and cellphones, were left at his apartment. Mike VanLare drives a black Chevrolet Spark. Family members went to check on VanLare and said his car was not in the apartment building garage.

Mike VanLare has Moebius syndrome, his parents said. It's a rare neurological condition that causes facial paralysis. He is also hearing impaired and speech impaired.
