Hello all. This is my first post. I am trying to find any information on a missing individual. Sometime in the past 2 years (2018-220), there were numerous fliers posted in the Upper East Side of Manhattan (NYC) near New York Presbyterian Hospital of an older endangered missing woman. Details that I can remember from the flier: missing loved grandmother, endangered (possibly w/ dementia), photo depicting an older woman (50+ years), most likely Hispanic. I frequently saw these posters, but can no longer locate the fliers nor information regarding this case. Unfortunately, her case is not listed in NamUS and there may not have been a missing person report filed. I know it's a long shot, but I am really trying to find her name or image for comparison. Thanks.

Do you remember if this was before COVID?

One more recent possibility (this person's relative worked at the aforementioned hospital):
Their Grandmother Left by Ambulance. Then They Could Not Find Her.

There is also a possibility that she was found and all fliers were removed.

Thanks for the reply. That could indeed be the case, and I hope that's what happened. However, I remember the fliers were up over the course of several months to the point that they started to fall off/deteriorate.

That would indicate that the person has been missing for quite a while. There's a very good chance that her disappearance was reported. Do you remember the season when this happened, e.g. was it during the summer or winter? If this was pre-COVID, can you exclude 2020?

Did the woman on the missing poster have gray hair? Did she wear glasses on the photo? Was she of slim or heavy build? How old was she? Was she closer to 50 or to 80? Were there multiple photos on the poster? Was she local to the area or a visitor? If she was a local, the posters would likely have been taken down after she was found. Was her family looking for her? If her case wasn't reported then police probably wasn't listed as contact on the flier.
