If the manager of the diner knew him for 20 years before he passed, I wonder if he could have given a better age range...if he was 35 to 45 when he died, he would have been 15 to 25 when the manager first met him. If he was on the younger end of that, he would have only been a kid and that should have been pretty apparent. Sadly I don't think anyone is looking for him, which is heartbreaking. And without a sketch there seems little chance of matching him to anyone.

Very local to me. Moonstruck changed its name about a dozen years ago and has since closed. I wish there was a sketch to see if it would jog my memory.
