Found Safe NY - Norma Ryther, 73, driving, has a dog with her, Perinton, 24 Aug 2021 *vulnerable*

MISSING PERSON - The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is asking for assistance in locating a missing vulnerable elderly persons, Norma Ryther. Norma is a 73 year old white female, approximately 5'3", 140 lbs.

She was last seen wearing an unknown color t-shirt and shorts. Norma has her dog, Reni, with her which is a small, white west highland terrier.

Norma was driving her white 2020 Toyota Camry 4 door Hybrid, bearing NYS Registration APP1075. Norma was last seen this morning around 0915 hours in the area of 77 Sully's Trail, Perinton.
