Poor woman, like it says on the report she was quite possibly homeless and most likely not reported missing. So no wonder she is still unidentified. Unfortunately homelessness is not just a young person issue, this is such a sad case. On the other hand she may have had dementia or alzheimer's and she wondered away from home and got lost. Maybe that would be a start, looking for missing elderly women with dementia or Alzheimer's.
