Black/Hispanic male, 50-99, 200 lbs., 70" tall

Black & gray curly hair, brown eyes

Right fourth toe is partially amputated.

Multiple scars on arms and legs. Most significantly there is a curvilinear scar on right hand between thumb and index fingerprint approximately 1 1/8" in length. There is also a linear, oblique scar on the left calf approximately 1 1/4" in length.

Wearing faded black/gray jeans, tan work boots, blue jacket, red fleece and t-shirt.
Black leather-type baseball cap with "Jets Jets" written on it.


Inwood Hill Park (Seaman Ave. & Isham St.)
Decedent was found unresponsive by unknown bystander sitting on container against a fence. He is suspected to be homeless and was last seen walking in park a few hours earlier. Known to the police in the area as "Chino".

Poor guy :( It's so sad that he was known by people (even if it's just police and people who saw him walking around), and yet they don't know his name.
