She had suffered quite extensive injuries to her face and ribcage and had a broken tibia - either MVA or DV I guess. This could also be the cause of the chin implant but it can as well be cosmetic.
Hard to tell if we dont even know if she was TG or not. That requires a karyogram, which is a very simple and affordable DNA test - I have no idea why they cannot even do this. We would be a step further in getting her her name back.
