What about Larry Wade The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) missing since 1994 but not reported until 2008 by his son. No photo in Namus but matches this UID on height and weight. While case is being investigating by LE in TN, there is little background to say whether Mr Wade was permanently based there (or perhaps this is where the son is based and he didn't know his father's last whereabouts?).
